Joined the team of ACT Teleservices in August 2000, with industry related skills. Started out at MBS Communications in 1996, performing all tasks associated with telephone answering service, ending as Sales & Customer Service Representative in 1999. Continued to Airtouch Paging as Telemarketing Representative. Moving up the ranks to Direct Sales Representative. Responsibilities include growing the business by 3-½ % annually through Sales and Marketing efforts. Also overseeing the Sales Department on a day-to-day basis.
