Cheryl began in this industry many years ago as a Telephone Operator. In July of 1994, ACT Teleservices acquired the answering service she worked for. Soon after, she was promoted to Supervisor where she excelled in learning about all our various systems and software. This led to her additional title as Technical Support working as back up to, and under the supervision of, our Manager of Information Technology. In addition to these duties, she is our order entry programmer, and our company's Web Master.
