Valerie has over 25 years experience working for the TAS industry. She began her career as a "lead operator" for Teleservices Answering Service in 1979, the days of the old cord boards. Valerie has been with Answer 1 since April 1991. Answer 1 and ACT Teleservices merged businesses in October of 2003. Valerie started with Answer 1 as a telemarketer then went on to Telephone Secretary, Supervisor and finally Office Manager. Her duties included billing, accounts receivables, employee scheduling, payroll, account programming, customer service, and quality control. Valerie currently manages the Springfield location for ACT Teleservices.
